i was watching another musician in the community who was just pulling off flawless take after flawless take, and I just want to let everyone know -- that's not me. This video is the power of *recording as many takes as is required over many days*

i hope every cover on this channel can make that case for more sax arrangements :p (definitely let me know if there are any songs and stories you think would be interesting to have covered!)

Interestingly, I got the idea for doing this from a comment on the original piece asking if it could be put up on Spotify. I thought, "hmm, maybe, but I'd have to clean up some parts." but then, after cleaning up the pieces, I thought, "what if there were vocal chants?" And then after THAT, I thought, "what if there were lyrics?" ironically...adding lyrics makes it not easily licenseable for spotify at all...soo that's tough.

it's extremely common for hackers to upload videos when they get into an account. The main thing is that you have to report a hijacking within a few weeks of the abnormal activity. If you are saying the hijacking occurred in 2023, it's probably too late to report it now.

​@subversiveasset Honestly, if you're taking requests, there's this heavily underrated game called Iconoclasts. Not only is the music itself great, but the story is also one of the deepest I've seen for a game in the Pixel 2D medium. I can't recommend it enough. I feel like the hauntingly beautiful moments in that game would be expressed very well throughout your way of storytelling and music.

generally there isn't specialized support for community guidelines strikes. You can just appeal the strike through the normal channels (and the team will just respond with whether the strike will remain or whether it will be removed.

@@theysnband2424 Please note that UA-cam may choose to suspend without warnings or strikes. So the only question is if you did anything that UA-cam would view as harassment. If yes, then the suspension will not be reversed. Please also note that when you have a channel suspended, you are not allowed to access any other channels...so the channel you're writing with now could be at risk oif being suspended at any time.

YES! years later I found out that there was a serious (albeit still unofficial) fan translation done for these so that the games can be played without engrish or fake pokemon presntation

hmm, that's a good question! that motivated to do a bit of an enhanced arrangement and recording and I'll see if this piece is licenseable for spotify. I'll also probably try to redo a few other of my homestuck covers to make an EP or something
